Industrial cable

Industrial wire harness and cable assembly

Harnesses for conveyors, automated storage, AGVs, packaging machines and building automation, built in high mix and low volume to each project’s drawing.

Wire range

Automated processing from AWG 36 to AWG 2

Conductors from 0.013 mm² (AWG 36) to 33.6 mm² (AWG 2), with nominal metric sizes from 0.02 mm² to 35 mm².

Power and encoder

Circular connector cable assemblies

Cable assemblies for servo power and encoder applications, where high current and high-speed data run at the same time. For the machinery industry we also build:

  • High-flex cable for moving applications
  • Harnesses for extreme temperatures
  • Robust cable for harsh environments
  • Compact harnesses for limited space
Shielded sensor cable with ferrules and field-attachable circular connector

Sensor and actuator

M8 / M12 sensor and actuator cables

  • Reliable signal transmission, with 360° shielding where there is electromagnetic interference
  • Safe use in the field thanks to a high degree of protection
  • Ferrule-crimped and connector-terminated ends
Board-to-board, wire-to-board and cable-to-cable harnesses

Interconnect

Board-to-board, wire-to-board and cable-to-cable

High-density and high-speed connectors for industrial, consumer and automotive applications.

  • Cable to cable
  • Board to board
  • Board to cable
  • Panel mount
Twisted pair wire terminated into a housing

Signal

Twisted wire for differential signalling

Pairs twisted to a controlled lay length for differential signals and noise rejection.

Grounding cables with ring terminals

Power

Grounding cables up to 35 mm²

Grounding and braided earth leads on heavy wire gauges, crimped on automated equipment up to 35 mm².

Multicore jacketed cable with intermediate stripping

Cable processing

Multicore, coaxial and triaxial processing

Rotating-blade stripping and slitting gives clean, repeatable jacket and shield cuts on multi-layer, coaxial and triaxial cable.

At the other end of the range, fine wire down to AWG 36 is cut, stripped and crimped automatically.

Hook-up wires with tinning and intermediate stripping

Wire preparation

Tinning and intermediate stripping

Hook-up wire tinning, window (intermediate) stripping and ferrule crimping for terminal blocks and solder joints.

D-sub cable assemblies

Data

D-sub data cables

D-sub cables for data communication, on shielded cable, with soldered or crimped terminations.

RJ45 patch cords including an angled cover and wiring diagram

Network

RJ45 patch cords

Standard patch cords and robust cords for harsh environments, including a special L-shaped angled cover for installations with limited space.

Product range

From IDC ribbon to power leads

Automation

Automation for consistent crimps

Wire cutting, stripping and terminal crimping run on fully automatic machines, so every crimp is made to the same programmed settings and checked as it is made.

Multi-layer and shielded cable is prepared on rotating-blade stripping machines for clean, repeatable cuts, and a library of more than 200 crimp applicators is maintained in-house to match each terminal family.
